Overview  Our client, a leading freight forwarder with a global presence, is seeking an experienced Global Key Account Manager to manage one of their top 5 accounts. This role involves overseeing domestic, international, and warehousing servicing to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of the top 5 accounts. • Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives for revenue growth. • Collaborate with sales teams to exceed sales targets and identify upselling opportunities. • Lead contract negotiations and manage supply chain operations effectively. • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally. • Provide regular performance reports and analyze results for continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Requirements • Proven experience in key account management within the freight forwarding industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Familiarity with logistics and warehousing practices. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally if needed.
