Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 (DOE) + Aggressive Commission Structure

Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team in Milwaukee. As a key player in the Freight Forwarding Industry, you will be responsible for driving international sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.


Sales Leadership

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market presence in international freight forwarding.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their logistics requirements.

Market Research and Analysis

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Analyze market conditions to tailor sales approaches and strategies accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services.

Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Performance Metrics

Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.



Minimum of three years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an international context.


Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of international logistics and freight forwarding processes.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.


Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.


Competitive base salary ($80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience).
