Job Summary As an Inside Sales / Pricing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and pricing efforts. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, customers, and various departments to provide competitive pricing solutions and assist in achieving sales targets. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Pricing Management: Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals. Maintain pricing databases and ensure they are up-to-date with current market conditions. Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to develop pricing strategies that align with business goals. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads through research and customer profiling. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on quotes and customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns professionally. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific shipping needs and offer tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing. Provide regular market intelligence reports to support pricing and sales strategies. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to pricing and sales activities. Generate reports to track pricing and sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of customer shipments.

Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales, pricing coordination, or a related role within the freight forwarding industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of international shipping regulations.
