As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to our growth and success in the international freight forwarding market. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require international freight forwarding services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our operations and customer service teams to ensure efficient and effective logistics solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and results regularly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in outside sales, with experience in international freight forwarding or logistics highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the international shipping and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
