Position Overview:

As the International Trade Lane Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our trade activities between Europe, the UK, and other global markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Lane Development: Identify and evaluate business opportunities within the Europe & UK trade lanes, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Logistics Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in international trade operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with cross-border shipments.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other partners to negotiate favorable terms, rates, and service levels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international trade management, with a focus on Europe & the UK.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and logistics processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
